If you are sending Lobird cards as a GIFT, you have the option to purchase a beautiful gift note.
Your custom message is printed on a premium embossed enclosure card (envelope included)
with the image of a tangerine tree with bird.
Please note that currently only one Ship to Address is allowed per order. This works well if you want your purchases
all shipped to the same place. If, however, you would prefer that different items go to different addresses then you
must complete a different transaction for each item shipped to different locations.

Debit cards bearing the Visa and MasterCard Logos are also accepted.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY: All Lobird papers are made to order therefore we are unable to provide refunds or credits.
ORDER ERRORS BY THE CUSTOMER
BEFORE your order is printed:
If you purchase a $10 electronic proof, you are able to make changes to your order during the proof review
process prior to your order being printed. Additional fees maybe incurred if further proofs are requested.
If you do not purchase a proof and notice an error in one of your order confirmations, please contact us immediately
and we will, if possible, make the changes requested. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time.
It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed.
AFTER your order is printed:
If you discover an error in the order after it has been completed or if a change was requested after an order was completed,
Lobird will work with you to correct the mistake and reprint your order at a discount.
ORDER ERRORS BY LOBIRD
If Lobird makes an error in filling your order we will replace or correct it promptly.
ORDER CHANGES
There is a $5 fee for making a change to an order before going to print.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before going to print will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
